A bit about me

Hi, I’m Colin. I am a holistic health coach based out of Austin Texas. My dream is to first a live of vitality and health for myself so that I may share that with others and help them create the same in their lives. I use a blend of diet, lifestyle, behavioral, psychology, exercise, an manual therapy modalities as a holistic means to arrive to one’s dream state of health and achievement. By identifying your dream, addressing physical and non-physical imbalances, making effective choices, and discovering Self as a guide in your journey. My approach is not to treat a disease, but to coach people to a state of HEALTH: a state in which dis-ease cannot exist.
